Using this salon for my mother who is a wheelchair user. The staff are kind and receptive, especially Robert. Always happy to make me a latte whilst waiting for her but the order of egg and chips take too long in cooking and Im ready to leave with her before its ready! Otherwise it would be 5/5.

She didn't finish doing my hair because another customer came in so she rushed it and didn't finish cutting it.

After going in for a consultation, deciding on a colour and style, having the patch test, booking the appointment and organising time off work (at personal expense as Im self employed,) I was really looking forward to my balayage and new style. Just four hours before my appointment, they rang to cancel/rearrange. No explanation or apology! I understand that sometimes things come up that are unavoidable but, there is a way to deal with that professionally. An apology is the very minimum you can do. Toni and Guy is very expensive. People pay that higher price due to the expectation that the service will be professional. That certainly wasnt my experience with them, so Ill be going elsewhere. Service: Hair coloring
