        Not a fan of gyms but due to Knee issue could no longer do my normal forms of exercise. Found this place & its fab. Staff are great & explained everything including amending exercises to accommodate knee where necessary. Other users super friendly & always a nice place for a chat. Best bit for me is it only takes 30mins so can fit it a busy week. Knee on mend but going to keep going as compliments more cardio work well.

        Gymophobics really is a great place for people like me who mabye was worried about joining a gym, and never thought they would enjoy going to a gym. I've joined the first week back in January and had a great results!! Im almost 2 dress sizes down now and enjoy coming!!. I find the 30 minute work out easy to fit in to my day and not a chore. The staff are brilliant, they are supportive and always there to lend a hand and give advice. If you've been thinking about it, just do it, you won't regret it!!!

        A small but very friendly ladies only gym. I have been going there for 3 years now- I have lost 2 stone in weight and lots of inches! Would highly recommend- the staff are all great and you get a personalised programme to follow.
