        Been here since it opened really, great gym, the owner always puts time and effort into improving the gym and the experience for everyone who goes, has a lot of cardio and weight machines along with plenty of free weights so that everyone can be doing what they came to do, staff will always help whether your just starting or been a Member from the beginning.

        Great gym, everything you need and more! The facilities are great and they have lots of different nutritional foods and drinks at reasonable to great prices! Staff are great and actually helpful. The cost of the memberships are very well priced for what you get! Easily can recommend for anyone!
