        Dropped by for a class while in Hull. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming, and the place itself was very nice, and modern, and spacious. Totally recommend it.

        Ive been at this box for 3yrs. Its always been a great place to train but since taking it over 2yrs ago the coaches; Pete, Laura & Liam have put so much into making this an even better place to be. They are supportive and encouraging. Its so much more than just a gym. It caters for all, whether youre really serious about training and want to compete or youre like me and just want to keep up with your fitness so you can eat a little more :-) I would recommend this to anyone and everyone - whatever your fitness abilities - its a fabulous community.
