        Brilliant. A much harder and more structured workout than youll get in a gym. The instructors are knowledgeable and friendly and the class members are supportive of one another. Ive got a long way to go to get my fitness to where I want to be but the classes are scaled depending on ability so youre pushed hard without getting demoralised. Strongly recommend this place.

        Worked perfectly for me over summer, friendly coaches, really detailed introduction session showing all the different movements required for the sessions putting you at ease for when you go in with the experienced cross fitters. If you want to make friends and workout in a judgement free environment this is the place for you. Easy booking system with info of what you will be doing in the workouts.
