Recently paid for a week's training at metro gym and I was that impressed with the machines free-weights friendly atmosphere n the cleanliness of the whole gym and showers ect ect... I ended up paying for 3 months now and my training as come on leaps and bounds...

Large variety of machines and free weights to train every muscle you want. All in working condition. Single visit tickets available. 24h access with monthly payment. No lockers, but showers with changing bench. Friendly crowd and owners.
