        Really disappointed with the service. As someone who has pretty much worked his whole life and has never seeked help from the system. I went in to start the job seekers process and sign on. Still not received any payments after 3 weeks. Recently started a new job so I began to chase up what I was owed. To then be told Hessle job centre had not processed my application correctly and I would have to go into branch to sign documents. Difficult when work Monday to Friday long hours.
