        I purchased a silver christening spoon on 8th August with an expected delivery date of 7 to 10 days , when I had not received any delivery information and was unable to track this item I emailed the sales team- no response-I then started ringing and straight to answer machine. The christening is at the weekend and I have no gift for the baby's special day. Its an utter disgrace!
