Really disappointed. Asked for an appointment to help quit smoking and told only video appointments available. Waited weeks for the video appointment only for the GP tell me she would not help me in any case. The only help is offered was to refer to a NHS stop smoking service, which I could have done myself without waiting a month. Not wanting group counseling means this was not an option. The success rate of NHS stop smoking services are less than 10% hence wanting some actual support from a qualified medical professional with a desire to improve public health, this is not the case at Newland. The NHS is fantastically expensive and really offers nothing in terms of health protection. I have now quit smoking purely to avoid interacting with the NHS, they have forgotten the role of the NHS is not just to provide jobs and collect taxation from the rest of the population. Recommend taking care of yourselves as this practice won't. avoid their clutches at all costs.

This Doctors surgery is the best. The Doctors and the nurses are wonderful, not to forget supported by the helpful receptionist staff, everyone make this an excellent Doctors surgery. They make you very confident with their medical expertise and understanding. I would like to thank all at this Surgery for the exceptionally good service provided to me of which I do really appreciate, thank you everyone.

I have always been impressed with the doctors here. For me they have always given good amounts of time to the questions and ailments. Dr Milazzo is a very methodical doctor that really fault finds. I am glad to have gone here.
