East Park Practice

Completely ridiculous. You can never get an appointment even if youre ringing up at 8am and youre only 4th in the queue there are no appointments available. One day they will say your results or information will be sent out to you and you dont receive them. As a practice they are imcomputent. And to have only one doctor who is never there and can not do their job is an embarrassment. Needs assessing or investigate or even yet closed down for good.

Dr Borisade you should be ashamed the way you treat your patients you are in the wrong job no compassion no empathy. You are arrogant and rude, you don't let your patients express there self as you are to busy talking over them. I have been with this surgery for years and I am just about to change over to another practice I have had enough, I have to make appointment on the days borisade is not there because he makes me feel anxious. I have a medical condition, for over 10 year I was back and forth to that man who told me it's a weight issue and palmed me off with pain relief constantly, the guy who said I was a hypochondriac when my daughter fell ill and ended up in the ICU with sepsis. My question is how do you sleep at night

In my opinion, this practice is mid. The staff are polite and try to help, and you generally get an appointment if you ring at 8:00am on the dot, however trying to see someone in person is VERY difficult. I have resorted to Walk-In Centre's for immediate GP help and then they can speak with my Dr's to get the ball rolling.

Bn trying to get an appointment for 2 weeks, ring at 8am and your caller 20, I waited three quarters of an hour, to be told yet again no appointments available, go to a walk in centre or a&e, discracefull, and yes week's ago I went in to pick up a prescription and the waiting area was empty, no one waiting, what's going on

This surgery requires a thorough investigation into its medical competence and practice immediately . At least two weeks to see a doctor although waiting room empty? Follow up results should be given by doctor /nurse not untrained receptionist ? Doctor on site Monday to Saturday ?
