Orchard Park Surgery (Haxby Group)

A very patient group of staff at haxby from the doctors to the receptionist. Whatever issues i believe will get rectified eventually why switch they are the best surgery in this city . As for hull royal hospital and the astute knowledgeable Pakistani doctor i saw with my consistent chest pain # wow thank you. .

My experience so far has been positive, admin had me registered within a couple of days, 2 ladies on reception have been kind and polite. I received a call to say my results are in 1 day after enquiring and have seen people and a Dr working there smiling. No practice is perfect but some are truly terrible which is why my family changed to this group.

I had an appointment at 11:20, I arrived 20 minutes early and reported to the receptionist who actually asked me twice for my name. At 12:00 I asked the receptionist if there was a problem as I had been waiting so long. It turned out that she had forgotten to inform the nurse. This is not very professional and I hope the receptionists improve in the future.

First in the queue waiting for over 26 minutes before I hung up. Only called as was never contacted with my test results. Online service is ignored. Looks like I will have to attend in person. Terrible surgery, I will be looking to register elsewhere
