Its becoming the most horrible, awful GP in Hull, the service is so bad Ive been ringing the Quays at 08:00 and no one answered I turned on the car engine and went to the GP (the Quays) I found two ladies on their computers and the phone was flashing with no sound it was on (silent mood) and she told me the nearest appointment is in May the 14th and I can go to the walking centre in the ground floor, went their and the guy on the computer was a show off like hes been forced to do this job. Nothing personal but I believe the staff on the customer services they need more training and to learn how to deal with the clients.

How I wish zero star was possible, this is the worse GP ever.. its almost like impossible to book for a GP, I called at exactly 8am to book for GP and was on hold close to 2hours 30 minutes and still couldn't get a slot to book for a GP. I was ask to call the following day and I called exactly 8am and was on hold for 1:34 minutes and still didn't get a slot to book. It's hurt so much being and immigrant and after paying a lot for immigration health charges and still can't get the chance meet a doctor to see to my health. AVOID THIS GP AT ALL COST IF YOU CAN.

Slow service, but lovely receptionists. Doctors are so unprofessional, clearly don't care for peoples wellbeing (in it for the only)

Will give negative stars if possible. Its almost impossible to ever get an appointment with this surgery. You call at exactly 8am and they tell you youre number 10 in the queue. You can stay on hold for over an hour and they later tell you theyre sorry, there are no more appointments available for that day. Complete waste of ones time. Avoid this surgery.

The levels of service are superb. At a time of public dissatisfaction with G P practices I can honestly say it certainly doesn't apply here. I was pleasantly treated at reception and the waiting area was clean, spacious and bright. The nurses were absolutely wonderful, clearly explaining the procedure and efficiently delivering the treatment.
