The Willerby Cane and Garden Centre

We require a set of cushions for our cane furniture. As we prefer to use local companies we looked on line and found this Company, their website stated that they were open until 4pm. After driving in excess of 20 miles we found them to be closed just after 2pm, a sign said to go to the ice cream parlour, that was also closed.

AWFUL! CUSTOMER SERVICE AT IT'S WORST !! - Asked for a quote to recover or make one cushion. ( one cushion was left with them to help with the measurements )Were told we would be contacted the following week with a quote. Having not heard anything for over 3 weeks I visited the shop and was told the company they used were extremely busy and it would take another 10 working days? Heard nothing again for 3 weeks so telephoned the shop only to be told the aforementioned company was now going bankrupt?? and as a result my quote would have to come from elsewhere? I went to the shop 4 days later to collect the cushion I had left. All the chap said was 'Thank you ' No mention of an apology. Maybe I'm old fashioned but surely a telephone call or two would have been appropriate rather then say you are going to ring but then don't and then to be given two completely conflicting stories !! and then not even an ' I'm sorry ' Terrible service ...

Good quality wicker furniture for indoors or outside, with a good range of styles at good prices. Friendly service from a local independent store. Well worth a visit.
