10/10! Having been looking for a very specific style of furniture for my living room I came across ecotone. They had the pieces I required at a very reasonable price considering they are hand built. I didnt use the customisation that they offer but based on all my communications Im sure that these would have been as spectacular as the rest of my order. From completion times, communication to delivery they cannot be faulted. I had difficulty with not being home for delivery so they went out of their way to help, delivering to a prearranged address locally and keeping me informed of the delivery window and arrived with plenty of time. Not only are the products exactly what I was after, they are solid centre pieces with very creative little touches (such as feet to avoid damaging laminate flooring) the customer service was equally as impressive. I intend to purchase from them again when the opportunity arises.
