Used this branch for years as its local. Staff work really hard but the franchise owners are so tight they won't fix equipment. Only just fixed ice cream machine, coffee machine is terrible and no krushems for over a year - the owner has told staff they won't replace it. Really bad business practice. Shame as the food is good and the staff are great.
