A women came to test my asbestos and was clearly in a rush she didn't look at the full job ended up writing it down as the asbestos was undisturbed and nothing got done it was a nightmare trying to get it removed as in her report she had put it was all fine no damage when they was damage in corners that stopped me putting down my laminate. Went without living room for months. Absolute joke.

After using this company for a number of years with little complaint I had them recently cancel analytical cover less than 48 hours before the contract start which has resulted in the job being canned indefinitely, I have also had wasted man hours and materials so far before the cancellation took place so a complete mess basically, I will be engaging the services of a different analytical company for future projects it's a shame there isn't an option to give no stars because that's what they should be getting.

Someone from this organisation wanted access to my premises to carry out an inspection for asbestos. In a text message, I said that I could be there this afternoon or one afternoon next week, but that I needed confirmation otherwise I might not be there. I got no confirmation. This organisation had my phone number. Someone turned up today and I was not there. Rather than phone me, they called a locksmith who changed the locks and provided access for their inspection. I am now locked out of my premises. I have been promised that someone will meet me at the premises tomorrow at 2pm to provide me with a key to my premises. I will see what happens tomorrow. My view is that it is totally unacceptable that this company should decide to employ a locksmith in preference to making a phone call. An asbestos inspection was carried out a few years ago.
