You are very efficient in dealing with the animal and owners and I'm very pleased with the caring attitude. BUT I really think 10 times the consultation fee is a bit excessive. The owners are already distraught and most people can ill afford this in todays climate.

All of the ladies were absolutely amazing! They are so welcoming and were amazing with my kitty even though he was in a bit of a state and we were obviously worried the ladies were all so lovely and reassuring at all times I cannot recommend Vets Now enough!! Thankyou so much for making our visit so calm and easy even in stressful circumstances
