After sales is non existent, this is the second time that the cables just come straight out the back of the plugs from tuning box cables, clearly they are not crimped and bonded to plug properly, so when removing the slightest pull they all come out. Tried to contact today and just get fobbed off with emailing there warranty department, Well well the truth is coming out now funny how you can reply to review but not emails, for your information the plug was already off and when lifted away dropped off the end of the cables under its own weight not just one of the cables all of them, it's clear you are already aware there is issues, you have made yourself look very silly now especially with the last comment. PS your lucky you got 1 star

Removed box for warranty work and cables came out of end of the plug, for something that's made to be removed it's poorly secured, AND ITS NOT COVERED BY THE WARRANTY but you do get a return of a cocky arrogant attitude from customer services for free.
