Brilliant supplier! Great selection of products, all expectations met upon delivery of the items I ordered. Have ordered from them many times and the service has been exceptional.

Placed an urgent order, received someone else's order. Emailed stating it was urgent and that they send it Saturday delivery, a week later still nothing. Now they want me to send back this package first (worth about 3) before they send mine out. It is not my fault this has happened and now I am paying the price. Not happy and not returning.

So many parts are out of stock. Common parts, too. Things that there should be plenty of. Prices have tripled on a lot of items, over 2 years. Resistors are out of stock as a pack of 50 for under a quid, but they're plenty happy to sell you over 50 of them for 15p each. By the time one item has come into stock, another one you wanted has gone out of stock. So it's a long game to place a decent size order. There's no function to add something to the order that is out of stock and have is placed on backorder, so you're first in line. Also no ability to see when stock is expected, so you've to enquire individually. Communication is poor, I think the phone line must be off the hook. They do eventually reply by email, but aren't brilliantly helpful when they do. There's no option to re-order a previous order, which sometimes leaves you having to go through and put 100s of items in your basket. A re-order, or add previous order to basket option would be far better. Because of these issues I'm going elsewhere for my next order. Edit- The company's response encouraged me to give them another chance and try again. I'd ordered short on some LEDs from another company, so I decided to buy from Switch again. They were delivered quickly and the order was accurate. Again, something else I wanted was out of stock. I've updated the review and given an additional star because the experience was good this time.

Ordered some 2 position toggle switches for a test panel. Delivery was on time. Only minor problem for me is the legends on the switches (2 position with 2 changeover contacts) both positions are marked ON and so they'll go in the bin. I guess this is more an issue with their supplier though.
