I called a couple of times and left an answer phone message but they never returned my call. That was nearly a week ago, I understand they could be busy but they could have called me out of courtesy, so I wouldnt be recommending them anytime soon

I used Mark's company earlier this month to upgrade some of the electrics at my home. He was recommended to me, which was a good start. His initial visit was on time, arriving in a liveried vehicle, smartly dressed, and suitably prepared in respect of Covid rules. His survey was professionally completed, with him asking relevant questions and answering mine; his quote when it came through, was accepted, and in due course, when he carried out the work required, he was utterly courteous, professional throughout, completed his work with no mess, nor any drama or problems as he'd conducted his Survey properly, and I could not fault him at all. When having researched other Electricians in the city, but despaired by being let down by so many who couldn't even turn up for appointments, wanted to quote for the work unseen over the phone (Eh?) or wanted Up-Front call out costs, Mark stood out as one of those rare "gems" within his profession. In nearly 5 decades in business, using trades personnel of all types, he ranks as one of the best I have encountered and recommend him highly.
