Ian has done a very good installation job. Also went out of the way to help getting the right kind of gate we wanted. Would recommend for sure.

This husband and wife team installed my gates 4 years ago, a temporary fix was made for the electrics. They were going to come back to fix it and never did. No mention was made of a maintenance contract at any time. My gates are now broken and they are refusing to have anything to do with it. The after sevice has been apalling. I was given a two days last week when they would visit but they just did not turn up - no reason given. Now they are saying they are too far away (40 miles) and to go to a larger company. Whatever happened to after-sales service? The excuse is it was so long ago, but we understood they would come back, they never did. My feeling is unless you live on their doorstep you will not see them again after installation.
