Avoid like the plague. I have a door with 3 window frames which are ALL out of alignment - it looks like a drunken sailor fitted them and I have just been informed that other than replacing the glass (which my fitter says won't work as the holes for windows are so badly placed), they won't do anything. The door slab needs to be replaced but apparently they are refusing - and won't speak to me directly, even though I'm the one who is out over 2500 for a poorly manufactured front door. It's also taken MONTHS to get to this stage. Go to B&Q. Seriously. I wish I'd taken the poor reviews more seriously but I liked the design of the door.

Door arrived with a scatch on the frame and panel from associated fitting company, was told that I was unlucky. Also door is more draughty than my original wooden door. Also the lock needs constantly adjusting. Exactly that really Hallmark doors in response to your reply. The door was fitted, I noticed the scratch right away and was told I was "unlucky". From their point of view I have to live with it and from your point of view they should not have fitted the door with a scratch. However I am the mere consumer.

Terrible service, We have been waiting for our front door for over 4 weeks. Staff lie when trying to get answers from them. Hallmark do not have any customer service or care. Digusted by with their service and manager has been no help.
