Lucy and her team are kind and caring towards all the dogs and we felt totally confident that our collie Ruby was in the best hands and that she was very happy to be at the salon.

Would highly recommend these two ladies they are both very friendly and are very good called them at 11:30 am and they arrived at my house at 3:30 all dogs nails clipped by 4 pm very professional service

After what I seen happen to my friends dog and the mental effects it did and still has on him unnecessarily I wouldnt recommend this business. Aswell as other local dog walkers which have also had the same experience and also apparently being the worst pelted dog shes seen beforeIm not one to bash a business, but Im concerned at the fact this has happened to quite a few dogs with a similar coat, and could be down to laziness, or possibly over booking and not having enough time for a proper groom..I do actually see some lovely grooming photos, but there has been a few people who had been unable to leave reviews at the time of there bad experience which have gone under the net. so I would not recommend or bring my dogs here

Do not take your dog here if it has a single knot in its hair. You will classed as neglecting your animal and be told your dogs coat is the worst theyve seen and theyll tell you it needs scalping to the skin.
