        Never no appointments! The receptionist is so rude even invading my private business and asking what was wrong. The practice needs cleaning up of new staff.

        Can't ever get an appointment- admin requests eg. fit note they can't get it right first time ever! Incompetence at its highest level. You end up doing their job for them - disgraceful

        Terrible practice, can never get any GP appointments and when you ring up for prescription you have to wait about 3 days before you get anywhere. Reception staff are religiously rude and expect full time working people to just be able to ring up at 8am whilst theyre meant to be at work and then when they finally get through after being on hold for half and hour, you get told theres no appointments left.

        This doctors is a absolute joke.. Wait for days on end,for a doctor to call you back. The receptionists (think they are doctors) and very rude and not helpful at all. Avoid this doctors at all cost!
