The Doctor did not listen and was apparently not interested in descriptions of my symptoms, instead, was interrupting, dismissive and displaying disbelieve and downplaying my problems. As a response he asked me what I wont making me feel guilty of turning to him for help. Dr Denisa Igoche did not offer me any treatment, advise or help. Receptionists are in perfect sync and do the great job to keep patients at distance. In sum, complete waste of time, effort, and a lot of stress. My worst experience with GP to date. Since, I have move to different surgery and would strongly advice others to consider doing the same. In my view ITS BEEN A DANGEROUS NIGHTMARE!!!

Just avoid this GP! Dr. Denis should be not a doctor anymore!! If you take care about your life and your kids just avoid!

This practice has declined ! shocking service ! Have given 1 star because I couldnt post until I gave something but it doesnt deserve that.

I DO NOT RECOMEND THIS PRACTICE TO ANYONE!!!! First of all, Doctor Igoche, very unpleasant person. He ask you what's the reason for call and you give him all the symptoms you feel/see and he tells you, you making up. Also he feels the "power" of being a doctor instead of actually helping anybody. Rang the practice on Monday 7.02 to make an appointment for my Poly daughter. She was coughing, vomiting, not eating, temp. around 39. not sleeping at night. He made an appointment for 18.02 lol. Asked why does it takes so long to take a 18 months old kid. the answer I got was "I suggest you can go walk in centre". I've been with them for almost 2 years and every time I've rang them, it was a complete waste of time as receptionist is clueless, Doctor grumpy and mad that you actually want an appointment with them. AVOID AT ANY COST!!
