Dr R W Humble - Diadem Medical Practice

Don't get me wrong, the Doctors and Nurses I have seen at this practice are amazing, I cannot praise them high enough. The receptionists on the other hand are atrocious. Rude and Arrogant, with a waiting time for them to bother picking up the phone that is usually half an hour plus. Even when there is no-one in the queue ( I have been in the waiting room listening to the phone ring ). and then going so far as to slam the phone down on people for asking a simple question. The pharmacy is also one of, if not the worst in the city, the small building is overstaffed with lazy people who just want to chat to their friends. Other pharmacies that are smaller, with fewer staff, and who serve a larger area are far faster then this joke.

As with other reviewers the phone is not answered. No complaints about medical staff.

The practice is atrocious when it comes to appointments and needs to get its act together. Trying to get an appointment here is a disgrace. To book and appointment you should not need to wait over 30 minutes on the phone.

RECEPTION STAFF not the medical team My husband rang the surgery this morning get an energency appointment and was told there was none and to go to the walk in surgery in the town centre he told them he couldn't because of the pain he was in and said he would go to A&E the receptionist said you can't go there I was at work at the time so my sister rushed round to see the paramedics at my house he is now in hospital with inflamed pancreas had 2 scans and more tomorrow many thanks to the receptionist for her caring nature and help
