        Unfortunately feel people who work are excluded from this practice,can't pre book any appointments, invariably the online service is not working. The answer I got when I explained I work I was told that someone could ring for me !!! I hasn't to add I was not looking for an urgent appointment and was happy to wait a few weeks. Finally giving up and moving to another surgery.
