My elderly mum is a patient here. We can never get an appointment, rang at 8am waited for 20 minutes for them to answer to be then told no appointments. Advised to ring 111 or go to walk in centre or try again at 8am in the morning. No consideration for the elderly who don't get up that early.

Rang up today for a repeat prescription and make appointment 2 and a half hours on phone waiting to get through i just gave up, absolutley disgusting, update popped into surgery instead next day to be told if i pressed option 1 it dosnt work no one will answer
