        Excellent service from Zoe the nurse practitioner. Felt fully listened to and cared for. Had a niggling worry so the doctor came and examined my husband straight away. Very impressed.

        Very bad quality service, an indian lady providing reception solution, but she is not good in English. He can not talk fluently English. Why NHS hiring low quality staff in health services, i dont know.

        On hold for an hour and a half for the receptionist to hang up. Now I can't get back into the que because 100 People are waiting. Absolutely disgusting from practice.

        Not sure why Diana Johnson MP is ignoring her constituents pleas to intervene with these so called care providers who deliberately allow people to remain untreated misinformed and left to suffer . God help us because Modality partners wont

        I know getting through is sometimes not easy but I must say all the people I have seen in the practice have been very professional, caring and compassionate. The building is good for parking, clean and appears well maintained.
