        Now Closed and moved to Kingstreet Medical Center where making contact with a doctor leaves a lot to be desired.

        Rude staff including senior members of staff. no confidentiality heard nurse disscussing myself loudly to reception staff for all to hear. Takes anything from 20 mins to 1 hour waiting on phone, don't call back..

        Rude reception staff who just repeat themselves. Phone up 8.30 no appointments, phone back tomorrow, same thing happens. Try and book afternoon appointment phone up in the morning. One day someone will die. At least Dr Robson knew how to run the practice and how to treat people. No longer 5 star

        One young girl on reception was very rude and badly manned. Unhelpful and no customer service skills. I have been at this surgery for 18 years plus and have never had such a bad experience as I had this morning.

        Receptionists are rude, see you standing there, turn round and finish talking about what they was doing at the weekend. Lost my prescription, the receptionist shrugged her shoulders and said it wasn't her fault. Can never get an appointment, so much easier when it was walk in. Things have rapidly gone down hill, such a shame.
