What a great experience! These guys really know how to deliver exceptional service. We have been working together to design and build our custom coffee pod for Small Batch here in Brighton. Both Claire and Russ have been wonderful throughout the whole process. The pod looks fantastic and Russ trained us on all the necessary workings to allow us trade in confidence. The Big Coffee were all very welcoming and the experience of ordering our trailer through to completion was very smooth. More importantly, as all purchases from any company can occasionally have the odd issue, for me it's about how a company deals with those issues. Although our issues were minor, the big coffee have shown a 5 star rating in customers service throughout our journey and we hope to be ordering further trailers from them in the near future.

I purchased my mobile unit from the Big Coffee just under a year ago. The service and attention to detail has always been impeccable even now I can contact the office if I ever need help or advice. My unit has just been returned to me after its annual service, which was collected and returned to me at my convenience and not only is my unit looking new again - the big coffee also replaced an small item under warranty. Excellent as always guys and thank you for all your support.
