Had an emergency appt here today, Becky and Marli saw to me. Quick easy and pain free. Great care and very efficient. Friendly and fun service.

My experience from start to finish has been appalling. Don't answer the phone any time, ever. When you phones asks you to text and email tried that but took weeks for someone to even respond. Then asked for more info and didn't respond again. Finally after a frustrated text someone called me but said she couldn't make an appointment as she was an apprentice. Promised a nurse would call me, not one did. I then get a random appointment through on text without even confirming the date with me or that i still needed it or what for. Booktime of work to attend as getting desperate, now get a text saying its cancelled...for an 'emergency' that's planned in 4 days time without even offer a date for rescheduling??! How you even manage to operate is beyond me. Shambles.

Just had my impressions taken for my 6 month smiles- Mali and Beckie were very informative and helpful. Cant wait to start my treatment!!
