        Was referred to Dr. Chris Withington at mydentist, Hessle Road, for an extraction. I called the practice and spoke with Tracey to make the appointment and received a call back from Roxy to arrange for Tuesday 14th February, with Dr. Withington. I attended for the extraction and saw Dr Withington and nurse Lizzy. Everything was explained throughout the procedure. I do have an arthritic neck and was told to just raise a hand if I needed a break! After, the extraction was completed, a pamphlet was given detailing advice on aftercare regarding stitches, mouthwashes and eating and all in the pamphlet was explained clearly by Dr. Withington. Dr Withington, Lizzy, Roxy and Tracey were excellent! Thank you very much!

        I'm still fuming that they took me off their register during covid without telling me & I still cannot find another NHS dentist! I refuse to pay private which they told me I could register with them again straight away if I wanted to pay monthly!!!!

        Nichola on reception is the best! So helpful and polite, trying all the best to help me. Still don't know about rest of staff, because I have registered just now. I hope all staff will be nice and helpful like Nichola from reception!
