        Honestly why does the government continue to subsidise what is the most disorganised and redundant organisation in the world. Out of 2 deliveries I've been to the office 5 times and each time they are utterly incapable of doing anything that remotely resembles customer service.

        Why are you not updating your hours online rather than leaving a printed off A4 sheet of paper on your door. This doesnt let anybody know that youre shut until theyre at the door

        Extremely unhelpful woman refused to give me my parcel without the red slip. I had the email from Royal Mail and online it says this is acceptable in place of the red slip. It wouldnt have been so bad if the opening times werent so unhelpful also.

        useless! a combination of strikes and them losing my parcel means i've been trying to pick the same parcel up for two weeks now. I wouldn't mind so much but we were actually in when they supposedly tried to deliver it!
