Beyond incompetent. Defund the council. They are not representing the people.

Terrible place and service cant get a straight answer from these lot , plus they are Liars . Im having to move cities because of this council.once again for the 6-7th time they ignored and just hung up the phone after a woman answering my call after 35 minutes and then hold for another 29 minutes then phone hung up the Hull City Council his failing to carry out safety checks survey etc, i hymn they want me to die by electric or gas burst I think . It been two weeks they havent got back to me since but I when I try get hold of them and I get treated like this clearly shows how much they dont care about me/or us . I suffer mental health and they know this and this is there results on treating individuals.

Asked for an uneven and sunken footpath to be repaired last summer after filling in many stupid forms they assessed it and said it would be repaired in june 22! Guess what its worse now and still no repair! If someone falls over on it i hope they sue the council!
