Bupa Dental Care Hull - 590 Holderness Road

Absolutely disgusted with the service !! lve been at this dentist since l was little, Dave was amazing and would recommend him to everyone, Since hes felt and gone to work in Cottingham this place has gone down hillWent in today and was appalled with the customer service from the 3 Young receptionists soon as l walked in l told them l have a appointment at 4.30pm straight away they asked if l Booked though the NHS l said no and straight away they told me lm with the one on Holderness Road however never even checked my files or even went on the system. On top of that cancelled my appointment 3 times Explained where the other dentist is based even tho lve never been to it always been to this one. Anyways got to the other one and the lovely lady rang this dentist up and as l thought my appointment was where l originally went. All this hassle all because not even One of the receptionists could be arsed to check on the system !! l will be putting a complaint against them as lack of customer service !

Very helpful and supportive staff, especially as my wife has Alzheimers, very tricky. Reasonably easy to get appointments that suit us. Easy parking around the corner.
