On behalf of my mum. Shes been waiting since September, got a quote and was happy. Asked for some extra bits to be added to the bill, he didnt reply and then said he went away or something and forgot but my mum had to keep asking and asking. He just either fobbed her off with a Ill look later/tomorrow or ignored her. Absolutely unprofessional. Has gave her a quote and she said yes go ahead could we have a date to start the job. He said he would get back to her with a date when he had looked into his diary later. Weeks later still nothing so mum asked to an update and he said hes been on holiday AGAIN and thats why hes ignoring her. Still no time scale given. After waiting for a few weeks, she messaged last week about whats going on. Its been seen and ignored AGAIN. Absolutely unacceptable!! So mum messaged him again 2 days ago and shes been ignored again. How do you run a business like this? She is wanting the job doing and youre messing her around. Just stringing her along for months and still no start date. What on Earth is going on!?
