I recently visited the Coffee Nero location in Hull and enjoyed a tasty cup of coffee. However, I must note that the cleanliness of the shop left something to be desired. Despite the good coffee, the state of the shop was a bit disappointing. As a frequent customer, I hope that the management takes note of this and makes improvements to ensure a more hygienic and welcoming environment for all patrons.

Shame that they still avoid stocking a Gluten Free choice. Finally had a hot cup of coffee. Dietary restrictions: Still NO gluten free choices, other then prepacked coconut slice or flapjack.

I recently visited the Coffee Nero location in Hull and enjoyed a tasty cup of coffee. However, I must note that the cleanliness of the shop left something to be desired.
