Put our warm food in the same bag as our cold drinks, which resulted in a delivery of a warm drinks and cold food... Asked for Thai, Garlic, cheese seasoning and everything was just covered in powder/mainly paprika... Paid 5 for a bobba and it was warm because of then packing issue, had to cool it down in our fridge.... Ordered sauce/ketchup didnt come... Read all the good reviews and was really looking forward to this as a treat as we dont get takeaways often especially with the current cost of everything. Just a massive dissapointment overall...

Pink chicken and ignored on phone. I ordered the boneless chicken thigh meal, amongst other items. It arrived in good time, however when I cut into the chicken the entire piece was pink and was definitely well undercooked. I called the restaurant, planning to ask if they would mind re-making and sending out some new chicken. As soon as I said that my chicken was pink, the lady on the phone asked me to wait a minute. From what I heard, she placed the phone on the counter. I waited 5 minutes and the phone was hung up. I called again, but they didnt pick up. I called a third time, only to be asked to wait a minute again as she recognised the number, and was hung up on after fifteen minutes of waiting. I wouldnt have minded if theyd have simply sent out some more chicken, however due to the fact I was ignored on the phone and hung up on twice, I cannot order from them again. I will try to upload a picture to prove Im not complaining for complaints sake.

I am familiar with Taiwanese fried chicken since there are a few famous chains around London, where I am from. As such, I was extremely surprised, albeit pleasantly so, upon seeing that a chain has appeared in Hull. I dont imagine many locals in Hull would be interested/adventurous enough to try this place out. But my oh my. You can be assured this will be easily better than all the other fried chicken shops in town. Yeah, I knew it was going to be really really delicious and while Im used to the standard Salt and Pepper Crispy Fried Chicken Escalope, the person at this chain recommended seaweed, plum and garlic - which tasted absolutely divine. Although next time I might add cheese to the mix too. Every bit as good as youd get in London and if you have any reservations about trying this place out, and are from the local area, please dont hesitate to give this place a shot!
