Face Painting 4 You Hull

Booked Tracy for my sons party and she did a great job! The kids were all very happy and their parents said they didnt want to wash their faces after the party . She was punctual, very friendly and skilled. I would recommend.

We booked face painting for the 14th January 2023, on the 13th January I confirmed my booking for my little girls birthday party, all was fine. On the 14 January I got a facebook message saying my face-painter was unwell at 12:30pm when the party was at 1:30pm so I was literally just about to walk out the door to go set up my little girls party, to say we was devastated is a bit of an understatement I was so upset that my little girl was turning 5 and wasnt getting her full experience for her party. I totally understand that people get Ill but normally someone would ring in sick at 9am not 12:30, Im not sure if all the face painters for this company are employed or self employed but I do believe that they obviously need a better contract amongst themselves about cancelling on people so last minute. As it isnt good enough, if someone had cancelled at 9am I could have at least been given chance to find something else and for us to have a bit of time to get our heads around it rather than going to a party really upset. Then posting pictures on Facebook about your party youd been to on the Saturday and totally ignoring the fact that youd totally ruined another girls party seems pretty insensitive and upsetting no mention of that youd ruined another persons party that same day. I also asked for my deposit back as this was no fault of mine and Ive had to wait until Tuesday and follow it up as apparently they couldnt send me it back over on Saturday. This has been a really awful experience and I wouldnt want anyone else to end up in this situation.

Wouldnt paint my daughters face despite us being there 20 minutes before the session ended in bransholme centre. Resulted in one very upset little girl and lots of tears but staff didnt appear to care, not the best experience 6 days before Christmas.

I have used Tracy on a number of occasions, she is an amazing artist and I would never hesitate to recommend Face Painting 4 You Hull. If we ever go to an event and my girls know she is there, they always make sure they get painted. Thank you for being the icing on the cake and putting a smile on the kids faces, you are a star
