        Booked for exterior valet, website says 25 including hand polish. I was charged 35 and the only polish applied was sprayed on before final rinse. Asked if he wanted car open - said no. he said he was finished and I asked about door shuts. He said he couldn't as car was locked! I unlocked and he did them. After he had gone I looked carefully and found fine swirling scratches in one corner. I e-mailed the company on the 9th February with my complaints. It is now the 18th and they have not seen fit to respond. ****** After leaving the above review they quickly contacted me. They have now apologised, refunded my money and "'taken action' with the member of staff who came on site." I am therefore satisfied with the outcome. Service: Polishing
