Recently bought a new Cupra from Riverside Motors in Hull and received excellent customer service from my first visit to road test to collecting my new car. Recently received a follow up call also so great after service. Great team there and special thanks to Andy Trolle who took care of me from start to finish. Quality Car.

We were looking for a nearly new Car and saw an immaculate and very well-priced new model Seat Leon FR so arrange to drive down and meet Jonathan and the car. Had a great experience and not on issue in buying the car and dealing with Jon was a pleasure. Would recommend Jon and Riverside Seat.

Edited, read full review. Nice relaxing car buying experience. Jonathan Anderson is a credit to their sales team along with their service team who were very helpful and informative. They are working out of 2 porta cabins while the showroom is getting a refurb, and even though they are really busy and pretty much falling over each other they still managed to stay professional throughout. I can highly recommend them and would happily buy from them in the future. Edited, 2 weeks after owning the vehicle (SEAT Ateca) I have the commonly known problems with the infotainment system (which on the test drive I was told the problems had already been rectified a couple of years ago) since then the customer service seems to of disappeared and although I have been getting replies to my emails from Jonathan Anderson, their manager Jonathan Hadwin however has failed to contact me directly or even reply to emails he has been tagged in. They now want to plug my car into a computer to identify the fault (a fault all VW group cars are suffering with and so far there is no solution). I have been waiting 4 days for a call from their service team to book it in for the pointless act. I would avoid buying a new car from them until VW group get their act together and sort out the problems. I spoke to SEAT UK customer service and when I asked why they are still selling cars with a known fault his answer was "good question", that says it all.

Enquired about a Leon FR on one afternoon and within a day I had a load of information to help make my decision to pursue purchasing the vehicle, Jonathan Anderson was unbelievably helpful so I cant thank him enough. Jonathan was able to make sure that the vehicle was in top condition before I picked it up and went the extra mile to ensure I was happy. Im extremely happy with the service and would definitely use this dealership again.

Absolutely first class experience from start to finish, I dealt with Jason Alsop and I have to say he couldnt of been more helpful and professional, any questions I had were responded to quickly and efficiently, he made the whole experience smooth and effortless, the vehicle was presented immaculately and Jason explained everything to me in great detail, I will certainly be taking my business to Riverside in the future, keep up the good work.
