Sold a rusty 19 plate Giulia with a load of electrical faults. Service department have been okay, the sales managers just ignoring my emails when I've tried to resolve this. I'm in contact with the finance company to return the vehicle as it's not safe or acceptable. Not what you'd expect after paying nearly 19k for a car. *update* I've had to keep paying for the car I dont have so I don't ruin my credit score. The finance company FCA are terrible for customer service, I've made many calls to them and not once have I got through to the case handler or had any contact back. I'd strongly recommend against using these companies if you dont want to get ripped off. Two friends from work have both gone further afield to buy their Giulias after I told them to avoid this place and they've both had great experiences and recieved a quality used car. Just because it's an Alfa approved dealership doesn't mean anything!
