DON'T EXPECT TO SEE ANY CARS YOU'VE SEEN THEM ADVERTISING ONLINE. I've changed car twice in the past year, I've visited this place 3 times in the last 12 months, twice very recently. Every time I've visited there has only ever been 4 or 5 cars on the forecourt, yet their ebay shop and personal website has 3 times that amount of cars listed as being 'Available' to buy. I came down by bus from out of Hull, I was interested in 3 cars listed, I was pretty annoyed to be told by the car valeter ALL of them "had sold over the weekend". Who then tried to blame Ebay for not taking them down the listings. Definitely not ebay's responsibility, it's YOUR RESPONSIBILITY , same as it is on your own website to remove them, which you haven't either. The owner wouldn't even come out of the office having been told I was annoyed. Nearly 3 weeks later all the same cars they sold weeks, if not months ago, are all still listed as available on Ebay and their very OWN website !. Totally dishonest and misleading people with false advertising practices of cars that have long since been sold.

Myself and my family have all used Great Rides now for a few years. I was the first to purchase from him, My Dad and Brother have since purchased cars. I took my Dad today for his second car from Umar. The customer service was friendly and inviting as always. The valet David is also fantastic, the car was immaculate upon arrival to collect this morning. Fairly priced and well looked after us what you get with Great Rides
