We came looking for a new family car after the car we was looking at was on back order until October. We spoke with Lee who was absolutely fantastic although the site is currently under refurbishment and temporary offices are place this did not stop us receiving 5* service. Lee worked with us and took on board everything we said mattered to us from pricing to size to colour to engine type which made the process a lot easier and cut out the back and forth. The offers presented to us where tailored to our needs and Lee explained what could be amended should we want/need a lower overall monthly cost. We also went car shopping with our children (2 and 4) which is stressful to say the least but Lee made us feel at ease and like the children where no bother at all (even if I knew they where haha) you can often feel like places such as car sales can't wait to get rid of you when you have young children with you but this was not the case in this instance. We walked away with all information needed to make the right decision for us. Best of all we were NOT pushed begged or pestered thoughtout the process which can often happen in sales environments. Everything was on our terms and when we where ready. Lee hands down has to be the most professional, warming and friendly car sales man I have had a encounter with. We need more Lee's!! I hope this review reaches Lee as he deserves all the praise!
