I would at one time given a more generous review. I had a cake bought for my birthday but after two days the top was moldy. I returned the cake and expected the same service as when purchased but how wrong was I. The man who presented himself as the owner was impossible to talk too and since found he tells liars!! because he insisted he told THAT !! customer ( HIS POOR WORDING NOT MY OWN) the cake would only last two?? days in the fridge when it was a LADY who dealt with the sale (BECAUSE HE WAS TO INTERESTED WITH HIS OWN PRIVATE CALL)but at no time was my husband advised it would last such a short amount of time. He continually spoke over me, also informed me how much he would lose replacing the cake. After going over and again he agreed to replace the cake, disposed of the unacceptable cake but went back on his word!! so the battle continued. He then offered three slices of cake which I had every Wright to refuse. This owner would rather lose returned custom to save a few pond( NOT A GOOD BUSINESS STRATEGY ) instead of been apologetic. In the end I was given a much cheaper priced cake of his choice and to add insult to a good customer he has banned me from returning and thats fine by me. I really dislike people who run a business but dont have the personality or skills.
