English St Cafe & Burger Bar

My order was just over 2 hours from ordering, and 40.minuyes late, it was cold and half of it was missing I called the driver back, he admitted to making a mistake and giving my order to someone else, and I asked for a refund, the best of it is, there is no number to call as it doesn't connect, this isn't the first time this has happened, I paid 13 altogether which doesn't seem like alot but it is to me, sort it out.

Absolute rubbish, food nearly 2 hours late and they charge 3.50 delivery. Order from somewhere else if I was you... I hope these go under.

Order arrived took over 2 hours and 30 mins to arrive. Arrived cold. JustEat gave us a refund after we complained. Why sign-up for deliveries if you can't fulfill the orders in a reasonable time frame? I've give two stars because our previous order arrived in around an hour. We've lost confidence in you and won't order again.
