Pavilion Cafe - East Park (AJR Catering Ltd)

The food is nice but the current owners son was really rude when Id asked a member of staff if I could get 2 high chairs myself & theyd said yes. He chose to rudely shout across from the serving area that next time I wanted high chairs to ask! The member of staff told him I had infact asked, he didnt apologise. The customers in the queue said that there was no need to talk to me like that. The owner was more interested in throwing the blame at the female staff for letting me get a highchair rather than her rude son. I took a deep breath & carried on eating with friends so as not to cause a negative atmosphere

Vegetarian options: The cafe caters for vegetarians and labels their products that are vegetarian or vegan friendly. Kid-friendliness: The cafe is very child-friendly and there are baby changing facilities in the toilets. Parking: The car park is a bit of a walk from the cafe. Wheelchair accessibility: The entrance is flat and wheelchair access easy there are also ramps next to the steps near the cafe.

John, the cashier, was extremely rude and patronising. Apparently he couldnt facilitate tap water. Shame as the food was good but totally ruined by the customer service - although that seems to be fairly common judging by the other reviews.
