        Beware, as of 1st January 2023 this branch is only open 1st Saturday of each month as well as during the week of course. Helpful and friendly staff.

        Been in leeds today and asked to transfer a savings account to another bank which I have online with leeds i was told because it was online account they can do nothing about it as it it near maturity. I brought the information were to transfer my money to but the staff still refused. I have used leeds for years in between transfers. I will not be using these again. This is my money and you refuse my transfer in to another bank absolutely shocking. I asked the staff to tranfer my money into the account that I have given them but no has to be done online shocking will not be dealing with these in a hurry
