Had the most wonderful experience at Samanthas. Nothing was too much trouble and Mandy and her colleague were so helpful. What a pleasant experience shopping here I will definitely be back!

Excellent service from start to finish. Being a proud Dad seeing my daughter try on many dresses for her prom night I felt just as special as my daughter in the way I was treated along with my wife. From the moment we entered the shop we were greeted with a smile and even offered tea and biscuits whilst waiting, the Service showed experience, kindness, patience and involvement for all 3 of us. I would highly recommend Samantha's to anyone.

Finding a prom dress is not always the experience you think it will be, normally so many trying dresses on its crammed, the sales assistant have so many to get through that even with an appointment you feel rushed. Not at Samantha's the room is bright and spacious, you have room to walk and move in the dress, they only see a couple at same time so don't feel cramped and rrushed, they let you try different dresses on so not limited to 5 or so, you can try what you though would like and what you wouldn't expect to. Me and my daughter was blown away by the quality and how stunning the dresses was, as well as been slightly different to others, the staff Christine and especially Suzie went beyond, Suzie had a great way of explaining things perfectly, they made us feel welcome, not rushed , listened to what we wanted and even though my daughter would never go for a princess dress, that's what she fell in love with. The whole experience was perfect, thank you so much
